I'm Rohit, I'm an ASA (Anti suicide associate) to give a clear picture on what my job is, If you search the Web: How to commit suicide There will be a phone number popping up in the top suggestion with a note as Give your life a last chance!!! I handle those calls, I'm a counsellor in the anti suicide committee. Just like any other Monday I was rotating on my chair in my personal cabin biting my pen, staring at the survey report of monthly suicide on my desktop. Time was 9.30 in the morning. The top most reason for suicide is love failure, followed by the educational pressure. I smirked with a thought that these two are born competitors. My phone vibrated by a series of whatsapp texts.....'just the useless group messages' I grumbled as I scrolled the notification bar, but the message was from an unknown number. The tag line that got my attention was "I laughed, smirked, cursed when I heard about people committing suicide for love failure, but I never knew that I'll be one of them". That line, it started bothering me, like I've seen so many movies, read many books but I didn't come across that line before. Naturally my face had a serious expression. I clicked the notification and my phone froze, it got hang. I started worrying is this some kind of cyber virus but within seconds it was fine, I sighed. I started reading the first giant msg. Totally there was 14 long whatsapp msgs, thats when I came to know you can't send more than 54,432 characters in a single whatsapp msg. The msg was so long that it occupied the next 200 pages of this book. The one thing that drove me to read it entirely in one sitting is that, It was entirely entertaining when I read it. After reading the full story I decided that this story has to reach so many people because this is the need of the hour. Lets read the Romantic thriller of the year....
I laughed, smirked, cursed when i heard about people commiting suicide for love failure but i never thought.
I'll be one of them.
Review :
With an enchanting plot, the book is a love story turn into obsession. The story has all the ingredient which keeps you hooked till the end. The book is written in whatsapp language which makes the language simple and a must read book for young generation. First half of the book is slow paced, second half engage you like anything. Blurb and title of the book is catchy. The title itself is enough to give it a try.
Definately a must read book for young generation.

Lower Buffered Dose Of Lidocaine As Effective As Stardard Dose

A lower dose of the local anesthetic lidocaine can be made as effective as a higher dose by changing the formulation’s acidity, giving oral and maxillofacial surgeons and other dental clinicians more options in administering the drug, according to the University of North Carolina School of Dentistry. The researchers found that 1% lidocaine numbed the midface area quicker than 2% lidocaine when the 1% anesthetic was buffered, meaning the drug had a more neutral acidity than the 2% non-buffered anesthetic. With a more neutral acidity, more of the lidocaine impacts the targeted nerve fibers so less is needed to be effective. According to the researchers, specific groups of patients could benefit from drug dosages, such as pediatric patients whose treatment and doses are limited by guidelines for blood lidocaine levels based on body weight. Patients with compromised liver function also may benefit from the reduced dosages. In the study, the researchers administered the drugs to adult patients over a 2-week period. Using a testing technique that sends electric currents through tissues, the researchers could stimulate the subjects’ first molar and canine teeth. Next, they recorded the subjects’ pain levels during the injection and the time it took to numb the midface area. Of the subjects, 58% reported less pain after receiving buffered 1% lidocaine than non-buffered 2% lidocaine. No matter the drug, pain levels overall were low with an average of 4 on a 10-point scale. Also, 58% reported a shorter time to midface numbness after receiving buffered 1% lidocaine than non-buffered 2% lidocaine, though the researchers noted the difference between the drugs was not significant. The time to recovery of sensation as similar for both formulations when using the cold test, though time to return to sensation was significantly longer using the non-buffered drug on the molar and canine with electric pulp testing. The researchers said they are unsure if the study findings would hold true for patients with more compromised health and another anesthesia technique. In this study, the anesthetic was administered with a maxillary field blog. The researchers also suggest that reducing doses while retaining the benefits of effective responses should be investigated further.

She stood at the edge of the cliff with her arms staright, her fingers stretched outwards. The sun now began to set displaying an exuberant orange and her mind lost in the infinite colours that once adorned her life. Its been a week since she has stood at this same spot at the same time waiting for his
return.Just as she was about to turn the half bridge from the cliff extending towards the horizon trembled as if shook by violent winds. From amidst the clouds he appeared, disembarking from the boat that glided amongst the clouds. His face was concealed behind the mask.He removed his mask showing his face adorned by the devilish smile. He was neither from heaven nor from hell because he was from an altogether different world.''Come with me '',He said.
''No i can't ''She said with restraint.
''I'II wait '', he said before vanishing in the darkness. Milisha now stood there looking into the abyss. Now she was the queen and he was the ghost and their lives was not theirs anymore.
Review :
The story start with a six year old girl Milisha. Well the title Quinsilera is the sacred title for queen. The stroy is about ghost lamp and evil forces  Melanis Wulraf and Urvashi Hedat doing everything to get the lamp and as lamp bring death and destruction as mortal flesh weakens them. Radha mother of Milisha fight with them for the ghost lamp as 6 years old Milisha watchs in Queens hill. Fight ended without result with the warning from the evil forces that they will return for the lamp. Radha and Milisha left the Queens hill. After 10 years Milisha returns to Queens hill hoping to start a new life with her grandparents. But destiny has something else for her. The charcters Mango, Vyom, Sonya were very interesting.Although the storyline evolves around a little different things, possible haunting, fantasy world etc. I had a feeling Quinsilera is mostly a sort of coming of age story. I Enjoyed reading quinsilera, writing was spot on , the characters had interesting personalities and the entire take on the fantasy world waz refreshing new and innovative. The story line itself was fast paced and original. If you want a light and easy read but a well written one with a more original take on fantasy world the Quinsilera is definately an excellent option.
